Transportation
The Duomo is located in the heart of Ortigia, the historical center of Syracuse. It's easily accessible on foot from most points within Ortigia. From the mainland (Syracuse), you can take bus lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, or 21 to reach Ortigia. Get off at a stop near the Umberto I bridge and walk across to the island. Once on Ortigia, follow the signs to Piazza Duomo.
